Welcome to JDED Barbershop! By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Booking: You can book appointments via our website, by phone, or walk-in, subject to availability.
- Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients.
2. Services & Satisfaction
- Service Guarantee: We are committed to providing top-quality barbering services. If you are not satisfied, please inform us before leaving, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
- Client Preferences: We strive to honor client preferences; however, adjustments may be subject to our barbers’ professional judgment.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing: All service prices are displayed on our website and may be subject to change.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Payments are due upon completion of your service.
- Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable. However, we will work to address any concerns regarding service quality.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable only at JDED Barbershop.
- Promotions: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Conduct & Health Safety
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
- Health & Safety: For the safety of clients and staff, please refrain from visiting if you’re experiencing symptoms of illness.
6. Personal Belongings
JDED Barbershop is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep belongings secure at all times.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
